Proofreading: Testimonials from delighted

When we're trying to decide "will we or
wont we?" about a product or a service, we
often find ourselves reading the testimonials.
Well, I certainly do. It's a known marketing
fact that few things are more powerful than
testimonials.
But for my money, they don't carry much weight
when they're just signed by "M.H., New York"
or "Julie, mother of 3". Or even "John R.,
Design Consultant". Okay, they're probably
better than nothing but they surely not as
substantial or reliable as recommendations
that include the name, address and contact
details of the writer.

Partnering in the re-launching of an MLM
site
Douglas Tatlow of Fort Saskatchewan, Canada
