All Internet Service Providers (ISPs) these
days use filtering systems to try to keep
spam out of customers' inboxes.
Sometimes, they accidentally filter out the
email that you want to receive. But
there are things you can do to take control
again.
To make sure that our newsletters, email
courses and support emails are not filtered
into your Junk or Bulk folder, please do the
following:
Firstly find out which DOMAIN your emails
come from, so you know what site to whitelist
Look at the very bottom of your email to
see which mailing list management service
delivers your copy of eProfitNews or the other
newsletters that I send. Over the years, I
have used several. Your emails could come
from...
- aweber.com <-- my new mailing list
management service (why)
- yourmailinglistprovider.com
- zinester.com
- eprofitnews.com
- eProfitNews Internet Marketing Newsletter
now comes from

If you are reading this page in relation
to email you get from other newsletters, the
principle is going to be the same.
Wherever it says "DOMAIN.COM" below,
insert whichever of these domains applies
to you.
Now here's how to do the white listing
HOTMAIL: Place DOMAIN.COM in your Safe list.
The Safe list can be accessed via the Options
link next to the main menu tabs.
AOL: Place DOMAIN.COM in your address book.
YAHOO! MAIL: If one of our emails is filtered
to your Bulk folder, open the message and
click on the "This is not spam"
link next to the "From" field. You
should check this periodically.
OTHER EMAIL PROVIDERS: If one of your eProfitNews
messages is being filtered, try adding DOMAIN.COM
(or the newsletter's "From" or "Reply-to"
address) to your address book or contact list.
If this option is not available, try moving
the message to your Inbox or forwarding the
message to yourself. If subsequent messages
continue to be filtered, call or email your
ISP's tech support and specifically ask how
you can be sure to receive all email from
DOMAIN.COM. Follow their instructions for
whitelisting our domain.
REMOVE ISP FILTERING: Your ISP may be filtering
spam for you automatically. It happens all
the time. When a fellow publisher told his
ISP to turn it off and he was amazed at how
many emails were being filtered that he really
wanted. So check with your ISP and request
that they turn the filtering OFF on your account.
We support anti-spam, but...
It's a shame to bother you like this, but
in this day and age, we feel like the dolphin
caught in the tuna-spam net.
We support fully the anti-spam measures implemented
by the mail servers and ISPs. But, we do want
to make sure that your mail server or ISP
is not accidentally keeping eProfitNews information
from you. Sorry for the inconvenience, but
these circumstances are beyond our control.
All we can do is work together with the ISPs
to shut out the spammers.
Sincerely,
Gary Harvey | Contact
PS:
The notes above use DOMAIN.COM as the example.
Could you kindly also
follow these steps for eprofitnews.org
and garyharvey.net (to get my personal
emails to you, such as replies when you write
to me).
Thanks.
