Protect your business by protecting your
computer
How secure is the data on your computer?
Are you being spied on while you're online?
Is your PC infected by viruses, trojans
or worms? How vulnerable is it? Here are
many FREE ways to clean your hard disk and
protect your computer.
Being online is risky. There are viruses,
trojans and worms. There are also hoaxes which
try to frighten you into deleting important
software files. (And as if that's not enough,
there's now spyware,
adware and scumware.) But don't despair.
Here is all kinds of help. For free.
There are 2 types of
virus scanners: online and installed. Online
virus scanners not only save you money and
disk storage space, they also are kept current
without you having to download a continuing
series of updates.
Mind you, there's really
no substitute for having a regularly updated
anti-virus program installed on your computer.
It is continually working in the background,
checking all the emails you get and all the
websites you visit.
Anyhow... whenever you
think your PC may have become infected, visit
this page and test away.
