Speaking personally, family life is one of
my greatest joys. And my wife feels exactly
the same... only more so!
Pam and I have raised our two children, Paul
now 28 and Heather now 25. And they give us
great joy, despite the various challenges
we all go through in this world.
So even though the main theme of this eProfitNews
website is internet business ("Helping
you make money online"), I recently decided
to devote a new section to the
MORE important topic of family life and family
FUN.
There are many fun things we're glad we did
as a family, including constantly teaching
the kids all sorts of things, both personally
(Pam was a teacher) and with educational
games... mealtimes around the table...
playing all sorts of games... reading
and learning as a shared activity with one
or both children... entertaining friends and
other guests at our house. Occasional family
parties were a significant part of our
family life as the kids were growing up, too.
We prepared for the FUN as a family, and we
usually all tried to participate in the various
games during the party.
All these things (and more) were powerful
influences on the kind of people our young
'uns were growing up to be. Yes, we have a
few regrets but we've seen how important those
few precious years are... and how rewarding
family life can be.
So our hope is that these articles will help
you enjoy your family life, both now and for
a long time into the future!
