You can read tons of internet marketing articles but reading will not make you any money.  You have to do some work.  No matter what new software you read about, most of the work is not done for you.If you believe all you have to do is click a few buttons and you'll get rich, don't quit your day job.  There are tools that make it easy to make money fast but you still have to put in a ton of hours.  One question you need to ask yourself is how much time you are willing to commit to your new business.  Are you willing to skip watching TV for a few nights a week so you can learn how to write articles or create and optimize a blog?

The biggest thing I had trouble with and you may too is a lack of focus.  One day you are working on a blog about weight loss and the next day you want to start a blog about dog training because you read an email saying there was a lot of money to be made in the dog training niche.It is critical for you to maintain focus on just one project at a time and get that one working before you jump to another one.  If you can manage this well, you stand a good chance to succeed.
