The Network Marketing business model has the potential to create an enormous amount of wealth and with relative ease. Sure dedication and persistence is required as is with most things in life. Lots of networking companies out there offer fantastic products and an attractive payout plan that offer some significant leverage. So why the massive failure rates and silly statistics like an average distributor life time of 1-3 months?
I have had the opportunity over the last few months to speak with many folks in network marketing and the folks that have not made a dime have all said it’s because of a lack of training and support that they have failed. Many said that the training they got consisted of being told ‘oh make a list of your friends and family and sell the business to them’ or ‘leave your business cards on car windscreens, thorough doors, in phone booths’ etc..
With the world as it is today these old fashioned methods don’t really get the results we want, there are hundreds if not thousands of opportunities and there is always somebody waiting to pounce with their latest great scheme, so as a society we have built up a resistance to the common sales pitch. Many have found out that the old fashioned sponsoring methods are not effective in developing a massive team of distributors in our organization. I experienced all this in my early days as a MLM rookie.
I noticed my business really starting to explode when I started marketing online and combined it with my offline efforts, using both together really made a big difference to my business. Learning the principles of attraction marketing as taught by the great legend Mike Dillard in my opinion is mandatory!. Since taking on this mindset and then practising what he teaches my business methods are now 200% more successful, You simply must research Mike Dillard!
If you want to take your MLM to the next level then if you have not already, learn about internet marketing, theres no reason why you cannot master it, if you are willing to take action and do some work! You need to market yourself, not some replicated website, people want to do business with a real person not a faceless webpage. Give value to your prospects in the form of information and teaching, get yourself known via the various social web 2.0 sites, by writing articles you become an authority that people will respect. Methods like these are very effective in branding yourself.
Giving real value is the way to go and if you do this you will attract more prospects than just spamming with a replicated website. Everyone has seen one of those before and they just don’t cut it, there’s goodness knows how many folks on the internet pitching links to a company website that claims to be the ‘best thing since sliced bread’
Providing more value is a number one way to get more prospects, people will become curious about you and ultimately want to do business with you your organisation. Naturally folks want to be associated with people that they can trust and like. Your prospects need a leader to follow and to instruct them, you can become that leader if you will allow it to happen and are prepared to educate yourself. The leaders are the one’s who will make it to the top, make sure you are one of them and make sure that you are using a network marketing system that will recruit and instruct your prospects in the most effective way feasible!
